Order is usually a good thing - in our physical space, our finances, and our thoughts (before we speak). There's also an order in the unfolding of nature -- the changing of the seasons, the growth and regeneration of life. But not everything in life is neat, organized, predictable and goes according to plan. In fact, sometimes it looks like utter chaos. And trying to control it makes us miserable. Sometimes the universe is inviting us to let go and trust that the Divine order inherent in the situation will unfold in its time. Sometimes life is inviting us to cooperate, rather than control. This Sunday Rev. Victoria will help us lean into trust and align ourselves with the order of unfoldment.

Ready to shake things up and have a little fun on Sunday? Join us for our special
5-M Sunday Service. What’s 5-M? Mostly Music, Meditation & Mini-Message!
On this special 5th Sunday, our mini-message brings together the eight Spiritual Powers we’ve explored since January and puts them to work around a question many of us are asking: How do I stay centered in peace during unsettling times—and what is mine to do? Together, we’ll discover how these eight Powers can help us navigate our human experience with a deeper remembrance of our divine nature.

Brené Brown tells us “The willingness to show up changes us. It makes us a little braver each time.” We are indeed changed as a result of showing up…as a result of our being willing to show up. We see things differently. We experience things differently. We learn new ways of being. And we learn that we can trust the universe. This Sunday, Rev. Victoria explores the transformation that can occur when we activate all aspects of our Power of Will, including the aspect that seems counterintuitive at first...willingness.

This Sunday, we will examine the core values and beliefs that shape our identity, and discern whether these were inherited and are running subconsciously, or if we have chosen them. Everything we believe about ourselves and our experience shapes how we show up in the world. To that end, it's worth a good, long look. We create our experience, either by default or by choice.

This Sunday we'll dive deeper into all aspects of the Power of Will. We'll discover what might really be behind our reluctance to choose a course of action and move forward. We'll learn how to struggle less and instead allow the deep current of divine wisdom to carry us through -- even in challenging times. And together we'll practice simple movements that will help anchor this awareness.

Welcome to August! This month we will explore the Power of Will, with its aspects of choice, commitment and willingness. This week Rev. Victoria will weave in parts of the summer blockbuster movie: The Odyssey as an example of how the power of will can be used constructively, and destructively. We'll have a little fun while learning how to effectively choose a course of action wisely, commit to it fully, and be willing to adjust our route as we attune to "life's deeper currents."

After a month of exploring the Power of Understanding through curiosity, compassion, and deeper connection with ourselves and others, we arrive at the foundation of it all: Oneness.
This Sunday we'll explore the transformative truth that we are not separate beings trying to become spiritual—we are Divine Light being human. When we begin from the awareness that we are already whole, our healing, relationships, work, and every area of life can begin to realign with that deeper truth.
Rev. Victoria will share some simple yet powerful practices to awaken the Love and Light already present within us and learn how to bring that awareness into our bodies, our relationships, and our everyday lives.

We continue our exploration of the Power of Understanding with a focus on "understanding others" this Sunday. We will revisit the concepts and process of NVC (non-violent communication) to assist us in our desire to understand even those who frustrate or, or just baffle us. As the founder of NVC, Marshall Rosenberg, reminded us - behind every action, even the ones we find frustrating or hurtful, is a human being trying to meet a need. Knowing that to be seen, valued and fully heard is what we all crave, we will learn how to be fully present with someone, bringing our "whole self" into the moment. When we practice understanding we don't just change our conversations, we become instruments of peace.
