We human beings all experience loss on our journey through this life. We all have our heart's broken and we allow for our grief. And, if we're on a spiritual path, we can experience that loss as a doorway into the realization that we are more than bodies, we are expressions of something continuous and eternal -- the Divine Self. This Sunday Rev. Victoria will open the space for you to share an experience you may have had that affirmed this eternal presence and the continuity of life beyond our bodies.

We spend much of our lives looking for answers -- solving a problem, finding a sense of purpose, knowing which path to follow. We might feel joy and relief and a sense of security when we find one of these answers. Yet, is the feeling ever fleeting? Like you just stepped into the shadow of something true, and just as the coolness of the shade washes over you, you sense that the truth has already moved on with the sun. A sense of pride and accomplishment might demand that you linger on in the comfort of your answer, settle there, make a home and enjoy the fruits of your hard work. But somewhere within, does life call you onward? A whispering wind telling stories of something even greater in the beyond? Let us step into that unknown, explore the space beyond our comfort, and perhaps find that greater truths lie in a land where mystery abounds and all answers cease. Join me on part of my journey to the land beyond answers.

Join us this Easter for a very special message with Rev. Victoria as we expand on last week’s exploration of Activated Hope—moving into a more universal and living perspective.
Through the themes of spring, the cycles of nature, and the resurrection story set in a garden, we’ll explore the sacred pattern woven into life itself: where love is planted, new life always emerges. Together, we’ll discover how to embody this truth—rising above any darkness in our own lives and in the world around us.
You’ll also be invited into a meaningful shared activity, symbolizing the collective growth of love in our world.

We continue our study this week of Brene Brown's book, Braving the Wilderness by exploring what it means to experience real connection. We'll look at her bold claim that if we want to heal division, we must learn to hold hands with strangers. We'll discover why proximity dissolves the illusion that we are separate. Rev. Victoria will share her experience of "collective effervescence" then ask anyone who is willing, to share theirs.

Continuing our exploration of Brene Brown's book, Braving the Wilderness, our focus this Sunday will center on the concepts in Chapter 5: Speak Truth to BS. Be Civil. While these ideas seem paradoxical, we'll see how they actually work together to help create deeper connections, even when it's difficult. Rev. Victoria will also share her experience walking with the Faithful Resistance group in Washington DC and a real life opportunity to put these principles into practice, which led to a deeper spiritual perspective.

A spiritual calling is a deep inner sense that you are meant for a specific purpose, often involving service, personal growth, and alignment with a higher power or divine will, felt as a persistent longing or conviction to do something meaningful beyond everyday life. It’s a personal journey, a “higher calling”; that uses your talents and passions to find fulfillment, guiding you toward a more significant role in the world, whether through faith, career, or creative expression.

This Sunday we kick off our six-week series inspired by Braving the Wilderness with a powerful talk: Permission to Be Love. Together we’ll explore how to stay anchored in our spiritual truth—and in the awareness that we are part of Universal Love—no matter what’s showing up in the world around us. We’ll draw inspiration from courageous voices who are standing up and speaking their truth. Then, we’ll discover how giving ourselves permission to live our full authentic self allows us to truly “brave the wilderness.” Come be reminded of who you are and what you’re here to embody.
