DESCRIPTION:Animals have a way of reminding us of what matters most: Be pre
 sent. Love generously. Find joy in the simple things. Rest when you need t
 o. And don’t take life too seriously!\nIn the spirit of the Feast of St.
  Francis\, we will celebrate the sacred bond we share with the animals in 
 our lives. In Unity\, we recognize the Divine Presence in all life—and o
 ur beloved animals often become cherished companions\, teachers\, comforte
 rs\, and healers.\nYou are invited to bring a photo of your beloved animal
  companion—framed if possible—and place it on our altar. During the se
 rvice\, Rev. Victoria will offer a blessing for the animals we love\, both
  those who are with us and those who have crossed the Rainbow Bridge.\nFol
 lowing the service\, we will gather in our Outdoor Sacred Space to create 
 a special place of remembrance for animals we have loved and lost. We’ll
  paint our new little garden bridge in rainbow colors and add stones to th
 e sacred ground\, each bearing the name of a beloved animal companion.\nCo
 me celebrate the love\, joy\, wisdom\, and sacred connection our animal co
 mpanions bring into our lives.\nAnimal Blessing Ceremony\nThis Sunday\, as
  we celebrate the Feast of St. Francis and his deep love for all of creati
 on\, we will begin creating a beautiful new place in our Outdoor Sacred Sp
 aces to honor and remember our beloved animal companions who have crossed 
 the Rainbow Bridge.\nTogether\, we will create a Rainbow Bridge—an ornam
 ental bridge designed not to walk across\, but to pause\, reflect\, rememb
 er\, and celebrate the love we shared with our animal companions.\nThe fra
 me of the bridge is already in place\, and now it is time for us to bring 
 the bridge to life. You are invited to take ownership of one of the 23 boa
 rds\, paint it in the designated rainbow color\, and add the name of the b
 eloved animal you are remembering. A numbered color chart will make it eas
 y for everyone to participate.\nWe will also have white stones available f
 or you to paint or inscribe with the name of a beloved pet. Together\, we 
 will walk to this sacred space\, bless the site\, honor the lives and memo
 ries of our animal companions\, and place the stones in their special rest
 ing place.\nOnce the painted boards have dried\, we will complete the Rain
 bow Bridge and install it behind the memorial stones—creating a lasting 
 place of love\, remembrance\, and gratitude.\nWe invite you to join us for
  this tender\, joyful\, and meaningful ceremony as we celebrate the animal
 s who have touched our lives and remind us that love continues to connect 
 us\, always.\n
