 m\, we will firm up our boundaries with the pathogens of the external worl
 d.  Join us as we align with the wisdom of nature all around us!\nJoin ou
 r qigong community to experience deep physical\, emotional\, and energetic
  grounding and stability. No experience necessary! All are welcome to atte
