Part 1: Moving Prayer - 2-hour Intro to the Unity Prayer Method
Friday, Oct. 18 - 6:30pm-8:30pm

DESCRIPTION:
Reimagine Unity’s Affirmative Prayer not as a formula or set of steps but as a flow or a spiraling out or an expansion of consciousness. Rev. Linda, author of prayer texts and former leader of Unity’s global prayer ministry, Silent Unity, shows you how to move and to be moved every time you pray. Doors open at 6pm with light refreshments and live music by Unity Church of Raleigh's house band. This is a Hybrid event (both in-person and via zoom). You must register to receive the Zoom link.

Part 2: How to Pray with Others 
Saturday, Oct. 19 - 10am-3:30pm (lunch included)

DESCRIPTION:
Whether you pray with others in an official capacity on your church prayer team, or with a prayer partner, your prayer work deepens as you deepen. Give yourself the gift of diving into Unity’s approach to affirmative prayer with others. In a study with Rev. Linda, you can expect to:

Reimagine the method and flow of prayer taught by the Fillmores.
Identify spiritual issues at the heart of prayer requests, the remedy for which can be claimed as spiritual capacities.
Broaden your definition of GOD to include powers/principles that can be claimed and embodied.
Practice speaking from spiritual authority, reminding others of their divine identity that can be realized and expressed.
