Community Art Project

What might emerge if we brought our imaginations together and created something beautiful as a community?

As part of our exploration of the spiritual power of Imagination, we invite you to participate in a special Community Art Project centered on the theme of Peace. A large outdoor canvas will be divided into individual sections, and each participant will have the opportunity to claim a space and express their unique vision of peace. Paint, color, symbols, words, patterns, or even mosaic tiles—there is no right or wrong way to contribute.

Nature is a pathway to sacred and mystical experiences where we know our Oneness with Eternal Good and the Universe's Love. Join us for a variety of mostly outdoor gatherings designed to help each of us access the blessings and lessons of Nature and within us.

What is Pick-a-Party, you ask? It’s one of the most fun and heartwarming ways to connect with your Unity family! Pick-a-Party is a series of unique gatherings hosted by members and friends of Unity Center of Peace — either in the cozy comfort of a host’s home or right here at UCP. Each event offers something special: delicious food, laughter, creativity, music, conversation, and meaningful connection with fellow UCP friends.

Summer Qigong Community

Join our Summer Qigong community to align with nature’s seasonal wisdom. This season we align with the element of fire and work with the emotional vitality of the heart and the digestive fire of the small intestines. Summer is peak Yang energy so we will practice flows that allow us to work with this dynamic energy in a balanced way. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the heart is considered the "emperor of all emotions” and governs all organs. When our fire is balanced, we experience emotional openness and stability as well as physical vitality with strong circulation and healthy digestion. Especially in 2026, the Year of the Fire House (double fire/yang), we will benefit from the warm glow of balanced fire. We hope to see you there!

Community Meeting and Potluck

You’re warmly invited to the Unity Center of Peace Community Meeting & Potluck on Sunday, July 12, from 12:30–2:30 PM, immediately following the service.

We’ll gather to share a meal, connect in fellowship, and spend time in meaningful community conversation. The Board will provide a brief update on our finances and the Unity Blooms fundraiser, followed by a listening circle — an opportunity to hear from one another, share ideas, reflections, and hopes for our community.

Please bring a favorite dish to share, and join us for this special time together.

YFM Movie Night

The summer has a lot going on, but also not enough to keep your kids busy. Which also means that you as the parents are balancing your work and the activities of your children at the same time, still. So similar to the school year, sometimes it is great to have a place to corral your children for an evening of entertainment, social interaction, and to be fed.
