Step into the softer pace of winter with Jessica Starr’s four-Thursday Winter Reset, held January 8–29 from 6–7pm

Nature all around us has moved into stillness and a state of energy conservation. Offering precious moments of stillness to our bodies, especially in Winter, is foundational to our physical and mental health. Find the rest and nourishment your system is craving over four Thursday evenings this January.

Each of the four evenings will include:

  • Nervous system regulation practices - practice simple movements and breathing technqies to activate your parasympathetic (rest and digest) branch of your Autonomic Nervous System
  • Nervous system education - learn how to track and respond to your own nervous system states for increased regulation
  • Qigong - a gentle, ancient (and evidence-based) mindful movement practice.
