Rental Information

Are you looking for a picturesque, reasonable and convenient location for your next special occasion, workshop or event? Do you want a welcoming church for your non-denominational wedding or same-sex wedding? Then you will love Unity Center of Peace. We are a beautiful, relatively small center nestled in the woods...quiet and private...yet right in the heart of Chapel Hill and convenient to major highways.

Our sanctuary room is big enough for yoga, tai chi, and nia classes. It's also the perfect space for a dance! And, if you are a Counselor, Body Worker, or Professional looking for a serene and tranquil environment for your practice, we currently have the perfect space for you. Our chapel room is available to rent on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. Please contact  for more information.


Here are the steps to renting our facility:

1.  Review our pricing and room information in our Fee Schedule below.

2.  Complete and submit the Online Rental Application HERE. 

3.  Once your rental is scheduled and the rental agreement is complete, please review and sign the following forms and submit to the UCP office along with your signed rental agreement.

5. If you are a new renter, once your online application is received and your event is scheduled we will give you a call to set up a time for you to come by to discuss your rental logistics in more detail and orient you to our facility.

6. For new renters we will complete your rental contract and process all rental payments during your orientation to our facility .

REFUND POLICY:

All cancellations will receive a refund of all monies paid minus a $50 cancellation fee.

 

NOTES:

  1. UCP offers a 20% discount for UCP members.
  2. Discounts do not apply for Sound Equipment, Building Aminities, AV Technician or cleaning fee
  3. Daily rates are the same as above for weddings.
