During this hour you will also have an opportunity t o ask questions and we’ll troubleshoot challenges.\nThen at 7:00 pm\, Lorr aine Lewis facilitates a meditation experience for those who enjoy more si lence. \; Also\, during this hour you will have the opportunity to off er prayers for yourself\, loved ones\, and/or specific events in the world . \; \; \; \;\nLorraine has completed Duke Integrative Med icine’s “Mindfulness Training for Professionals”. \; She has been a sp iritual practitioner for over 30 years and is a certified HeartMath® Coach . \; Lorraine has been leading meditation at Unity Center of Peace for 13 years and also leads of the Prayer Team. \; Her life work is devot ed to supporting people in feeling conscious union with their innate divin ity more fully.\nRev.
