DESCRIPTION:Wesak celebrates the birth\, enlightenment\, and death of Gauta
 ma Buddha. We will join them\, right after the service on Sunday May 31\, 
 from 12:30 to 1:30 pm\, with an informal Buddha blessing/washing ceremony.
  The Buddha reminds us that true peace comes when we transform our own ang
 er into compassion\, and purify our body\, speech and mind. We will have c
 loth prayer flags\; available on which to write your own intentions and of
 fer them for release on the elements at the Buddha statue on our Serenity 
 Trail. Come bring your prayers\, hopes and dreams!\nAlso\, feel free to br
 ing your own home Buddhas or other items for the altar\, for washing and p
 raying-up!! We'll provide pens\, flags\, and music. Comfortable footwear e
