Kundalini Chair Yoga with Amritari Martinez

The class focuse is to strengthen, increase flexibility, expand range of motion, and balance the body while seated and standing. This is both a vigorous and relaxing class. It promotes healthy living and is scientifically proven to lengthen your life span. A short guided body scan and brain longevity mood enhancing meditation at the end of class. Classes held Fridays at 3-4pm in the sanctuary.
