DESCRIPTION:Beginning Jan 2025 Unity Center of Peace will offer a&nbsp\;pre
 -service\, silent\, 20-min&nbsp\;meditation&nbsp\;(in the Chapel) starting
  at 10:30. Jamie and Ellen Cohen will be creating the space and setting th
 e tone for the experience\, but the&nbsp\;meditation&nbsp\;you do is your 
 own. So if your&nbsp\;practice is Mindfulness\, Transcendental&nbsp\;Medit
 ation\, Vipassana&nbsp\;meditation\, or you just want to be in the silence
  with loving people\, you'll want to come to UCP early and join in. You ca
 n also bring headphones and listen to your favorite guided&nbsp\;meditatio
 n. Afterwards you'll have 10 minutes to meet and greet UCP friends and get
