 ines. Summer is peak Yang energy so we will practice flows that allow us t
 o work with this dynamic energy in a balanced way. In Traditional Chinese 
 Medicine\, the heart is considered the 'emperor of all emotions” and gover
 ns all organs. When our fire is balanced\, we experience emotional opennes
 s and stability as well as physical vitality with strong circulation and h
 ealthy digestion. Especially in 2026\, the Year of the Fire House (double 
 fire/yang)\, we will benefit from the warm glow of balanced fire. We hope
