Intro to Dances of Universal Peace with Mark and Katja

UCP has hosted Dances of Universal Peace gatherings for many years, currently on FIRST THURSDAYS AT 7pm!

This event on Sunday, May 3rd at 12:30pm is a special one-hour introductory, participatory session which will include some very brief background and Q&A, and a few simple Dances from various traditions. A trained leader and musician(s) will teach the short chant/songs and dances, then we will do each one for a few minutes, as a group experience -- a physical meditation or body prayer. This short session is specifically for folks who are curious about the Dances, or just wanting to dance and sing a little, and also especially for folks not driving at night!
Wear comfy shoes & clothes!
