This Sunday we'll be honoring our Mothers and those who have played a mothering role in our lives...who have offered us compassion, support, encouragement, lovingly listened to us, and have had way more faith in us than we might have had in ourselves at the time.
We will also be exploring how we can offer all of that to ourselves. As we offer love, nurturing and compassion to ourselves, we heal and begin to thrive. And, we become more loving, compassionate and supportive for others.
