JD Study Group

Join Marea Kavanagh in a deep dive study of the work and teachings of Dr. Joe Dispenza. We will watch a series of teaching videos by JD himself which delve into the very heart of his work, have robust discussions, and practice the meditations from his teachings. Through this journey, we will learn the science of the mystical, as well as the foundational theory and science behind his unique approach to meditation and the journey of becoming Unlimited. This is an ongoing study group. We will meet on Mondays at UCP from 2-5 pm starting on Monday January 27, 2025.

Please email Marea at  with any questions or if you plan to attend.

UCP Men's Circle

UCP has a Men’s Circle for UCP members and friends. The purpose of this group is to develop a closer bond among the men of UCP and explore our individual growth - spiritually, mentally and physically. This is an opportunity for the men to get to know each other on a deeper level. If you’ve never attended our men’s circle, please sign up if you’re interested, with your name, phone number and email address. There is a signup sheet on the back shelf in the sanctuary.

The Men’s Circle meets in UCP Room 103 Classroom (aka Chapel) - Main Floor, on the 4th Sunday of each month, from 9:15 am until 10:30 am.

ONLINE Sign up is available as well.

Azadeh Dashti - Sanctuary Art Display

During COVID lock down and postpartum depression, I realized I needed something more than my usual Science brain to help me get through those days. So, for the first time in my life I started exploring art. After trying coloring books, rock paintings, I got introduced to fluid art by my friend's mom. Thanks to Youtube algorithm I found more and more videos and artists.

Christ Blessing

Lorraine Lewis, as a trained member of Glenda Green's Christ Blessing Givers Team, is joyfully available to convey the Christ Blessing via conference call for individuals or for groups at 7:30 on the 3rd Tuesday of the month. There is no charge for the Blessing.  If you would like to give an energy exchange as a donation, these are gratefully accepted to further the sharing of this work. Venmo:  @give-ucp (conf. code 3410 if asked)

Many who have received the Christ Blessing have experienced it as the most powerful loving and peaceful energy they have ever felt.

Deeper Dive Discussion Group

Starting at 12:30 after the Sunday Celebration Service, we have our Deeper Dive Discussion Group meetup in Room 103 (aka the Chapel) - located at the end of the hall on the right) for about 30 minutes. The focus of this gathering is to provide a space and time to discuss ideas and thoughts sparked by the Sunday talk.  This is not a critique. Rather, it's a special time to share personal take-a-ways, insights, learnings and visions together. An after service dialogue is an example of experiential education applied in a spirit-led setting. Some folks need and appreciate a casual time to share the "personal essence" of the UCP Service experience. So, grab your coffee and snack and bring it to the gathering. We will have a sign up sheet where you can place your name and email to receive our monthly eNews and weekly announcements, if you like. We look forward to seeing you!

Onsite Chair Massage

Michael Savino, Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master, is offering chair massages after each Sunday Service. His chair will be setup outside on the back deck. Many of the benefits of chair massage are similar to the benefits of getting a full body massage at a spa but in the comfort and convenience after the service. As we know massage of any kind offers the benefits of reduced stress, decreased anxiety and depression and the relief of muscle tension and pain just to name a few. Take care of yourself and stop by Michael's chair on your way out. Michael's services are donation based.

A Course In Miracles Study Group (ACIM)

Our ACIM Study Group meets on the second and fourth Sundays of each month, from 5:00-6:00pm, and welcomes both beginners and experienced ACIM students alike. Keeping with the philosophy of the Course, all members are seen as both teachers and students and are invited to share their thoughts and ask questions.

The Chapel Hill Course in Miracles group was established in the 1970s and was the first Course in Miracles group in the world. Questions asked by members of the study group were the source of the Clarification of Terms section taken down by Helen Schucman, its scribe.
