We seem to have a complicated relationship with our bodies. On one hand it can give us great pleasure, and on the other hand it can be the source of pain. We can feel "less-than" when we compare our body to others. Additionally, some feel the body can assist them in their Spiritual growth, while others feel it distracts them from it.
This Sunday we'll explore how miraculous our body really is and, when cared for and listened to carefully, can serve as an ideal intermediary between heaven and Earth.
