We all know that meditation improves our focus, our mental and physical health, our ability to be present, our ability to deal with stress, connects us to the Divine and gives us the experience of Pure Being. So, why aren’t we doing it?

I know meditation is an essential spiritual practice, but I don’t know how to do it.
I’d like to take my meditation deeper—to have an experience of the Divine.
I tried meditating but I just couldn’t quiet my mind, or I can’t sit still that long.
