Yoga for the Nervous System® is a restorative (rest-based) practice that begins with light stretching and moves into long, deeply relaxing postures. It is designed to down-regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, and invite a sense of ease. This all-levels practice is for those wanting to reduce muscle tension, restore with meditative rest, and prepare for a good night's sleep. Teacher Jennifer Krueger is a certified Relax and Renew® restorative yoga instructor and a health educator with 15 years in stress management and nervous system wellness.
