As a beautiful way to conclude our Sunday talk series and book study groups, we invite you to a showing of Netflix documentary with Brene Brown: The Call to Courage at Unity Center of Peace on Friday, March 20th at 5:00pm.

Brené Brown: The Call To Courage is a 2019 documentary featuring Brené Brown as she discusses what it takes to choose courage over comfort in today's culture. She shares how bravery can arise from engaging with our deepest vulnerabilities. She asserts that while vulnerability is at the heart of negative emotions like shame, fear, and anxiety, it is also the birthplace of emotions like love, belonging, and joy. The 1 1/4 hour special combines humor, personal anecdotes, and research findings to encourage viewers to live more wholeheartedly.
