The Sacred Art of Self-Care
Speaker: Rev. Victoria Loveland-Coen

So far in our  7 Gifts series we have been focusing on sharing our love, or time, our gifts, and our talents with others and with the world. We have been working on aligning ourselves with a higher level of expression so that we may give more fully of ourselves to Life. This week, however, we are turning our focus to someone who really needs our love and attention...ourselves!  We must fill our own cup so that we have more of ourselves to share. As Rumi reminded us: "Never give from the depths of your well, but from your overflow."  Rev. Victoria will share with us how self-care -- far from being selfish -- is our spiritual responsibility.

Welcoming the Next Level
Speaker: Rev. Victoria Loveland-Coen

As we move forward into our 7 Gifts that Give You Everything series, we open to the wisdom of "Giving In" or "yielding" to the emergence of our next level of growth. Rev. Victoria will share how we can begin to surrender our ego-led "efforting" (trying to make our good happen) and instead learn to make it welcome. Join us as we learn to create an environment conducive to living a more joyous, expansive life, in alignment with our highest vision.

Not Lost -- Just Given Up!
Speaker: Nathan Jorgensen

When we start to make changes in our lives, before we feel like we’re making progress and gaining something better, we might feel like we’re losing something. Something important. Something that’s a part of us, that we’ve grown very used to. Even when we know deep down that the change is needed, the ego doesn’t like this, and will resist losing some of its own power. We can regain some of that power by seeing change not as a loss, but as something we willingly give up. To make space in the soul for new growth.

This week, Nathan will talk about how “giving up” can give you freedom to grow more deeply in the ways you seek. He’ll share some of his own stories and why this process can be hard, but worth it.

Giving Away
Speaker: Rev. Victoria Loveland-Coen

This Sunday we continue our exploration of "The Seven Gifts that Give you Everything" from Derek Rydall's book, The Abundance Project. We're on a path to clear out anything that would block the natural flow of Abundant Life in our experience. And as holistic beings, we want to work on all levels.  This week our focus is the physical level -- clearing out clutter.  And what we discover is that the "stuff" we're holding onto often represents old limiting self-concepts and false beliefs about life that have coagulated into material things. Get ready to free up the energy so you can continue to grow, evolve and live more expansively.

Good Circulation
Speaker: Rev. Victoria Loveland-Coen
This Sunday begins our new talk series, The 7 Gifts That Give You Everything. Taken from Derek Rydall's book The Abundance Project, these 7 strategies can transform our relationship with abundance and create a greater opening within us for the flow of wealth, health, love and happiness.
Each week we'll take a deep dive into each strategy, and you will be provided with a take-home study guide. Having the book can be helpful, but it's not a necessity. This week our focus is Giving Out - the principle of circulation. By following nature's lead, we will experience how giving and receiving is mutually beneficial for ourselves and our world.

Sharing Your Awakening
Speaker: Rev. Victoria Loveland-Coen
Last week we explored 3 specific ways we can activate the Light within us, and allow it to shine so brightly it begins to dissolve the darkness -- particularly when we add our lights together! Those 3 "Light Activation keys" are, 1. Remember who you truly are, and who everyone else truly is, and offer forgiveness. 2. Choose love over fear -- how small acts of kindness make a big difference. and 3. That HOPE is really about "helping other possibilities emerge".
This Sunday Rev. Victoria is inviting you to share ways you practice being "hope in action" and shine your light. Or, you may share what you have witnessed others doing that inspired you. As we share ideas, we become inspired and increase the light in the world.

Shining the Light We Are
Speaker: Rev. Victoria Loveland-Coen

Last week we began an exploration of the capacity we have to embrace the Light that is within us and shine that light out into a world that is very much in need of it right now. Rev. Victoria shared an image of a brightly lit cross on a hill penetrating the dense fog and darkness, This Sunday we will continue that exploration with specific ways we can activate that light and penetrate the density of our collective experience.

The Light on the Hill
Speaker: Rev. Victoria Loveland-Coen

Rumi once said: "If everything looks dark around you, look again. You may be the light." An inspiring revelation. But how do we realize that? How do we activate the light that we are so that it cuts through the thickness of our collective human experience? This Sunday Rev. Victoria shares an insight that occurred at a recent mountain retreat that will help us turn on our inner light and radiate it into the night.

Forging the New Self
Speaker: Oswaldo Mora

This message invites us to engage the spiritual tools already within reach as instruments of transformation. Forging the new self is not about escape or invention, but about shaping raw being into awakened form—refining thought, intention, and action until they mirror the divine pattern seeded within. It is the disciplined art of turning inner potential into embodied reality.

Finding Our True Voice
Speaker: Rev. Victoria Loveland-Coen

As we continue to explore our true nature and the wellbeing that is inherent within us, as part of our "From Seeker to Finder" series, Rev. Victoria will begin by opening it up for you to share how you nurture your wellbeing. Then, we'll look at one of the major obstacles to having "fundamental wellbeing" and how we can move through it so we can live from a place of inner peace, pure joy and the experience of wholeness.
