Acting, Not Reacting
Most humans are reacting most of the time. If we reflect on this process, it becomes clear that energetically, when we react to something, we hold its energy and vibration in our consciousness. We know from the power of ideas and words, that the thoughts and feeling we welcome into our consciousness keep the same energy reproducing in our experience. When we are reacting anxiously to a threat, we are inviting more of that threat to persist in our lives. This vibration and attracting then perpetuates itself in our life.
So what might be a better plan?
Definitely, retaining in our consciousness the best possible outcome we can imagine will put us much further ahead than just reacting to the energy we think is around us.
In this time of corona virus, for instance, instead of bemoaning that I can’t go to the gym and therefore tuning into the energy of losing fitness, I actually could imagine a whole new, improved level of fitness than before, and end this period of Isolation in better shape than I’ve managed for several years. Instead of feeling afraid of losing income and savings, I could envision finding a truly inspired new way of earning income, and coming out of this financial shock on a much better footing than when it started. Instead of picturing myself as a victim of circumstances like it seems all of us might be, I could actually see myself advancing from the vulnerability to harm of the 3rd dimension to the spiritually empowered Oneness and community based awareness of the spiritual 5th dimension.
Most of us right now have been provided with way more ability than usual to relax, reflect, and receive. It’s our time to move decisively into 5th dimension love and freedom — an opportunity occurring for the first time ever in human history.
Let us actively cultivate the thought and desire for this spiritual evolution to occur now. Let’s lean into our new wAy of being. Let’s imagine it vividly. Let’s support each other in becoming visionaries and saints. As the Talmud teaches, ´ »If not now, when? If not us, who? « Indeed, why not us now? Let’s cultivate our power of faith to become the best us we can be, in this very moment!
